By accessing and using DevDoz services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

DevDoz reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Business Automation Solutions
• ERPNext Implementation
• Graphic Design Services

All services are provided "as is" and DevDoz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

As a user of DevDoz services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and will be outlined in individual service agreements. General payment terms include:

• Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevDoz and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in individual project agreements.

In no event shall DevDoz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevDoz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
