DevDoz reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

As a user or client of DevDoz services, you agree to:

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and will be outlined in individual service agreements. General payment terms include:
- Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
- Late payments may incur additional administrative fees
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- All prices are subject to applicable regional taxes
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevDoz and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in individual project agreements.
In no event shall DevDoz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevDoz operates (Pakistan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
